Terms of Service

Acceptance

These terms govern your use of services.allternit.com and any service booked through it, operated by Allternit LLC, Saint Paul, Minnesota ("we" or "us"). By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book services.

Services & scope

Each service is sold at the fixed scope and price listed at checkout, with the acceptance criteria agreed in writing before work starts. Work beyond that scope is handled by a change order — a written add-on you approve before any extra work or billing happens. Nothing is billed beyond the agreed scope without that approval.

Subscriptions such as Run plans renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel any time and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you also agree to Stripe's terms. Pricing is in US dollars. Fees for one-time services are due at booking unless otherwise agreed in writing; the Systems Audit fee is credited toward your first build engagement, as described on the site.

What we do not promise

We describe our services and typical outcomes plainly. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, ad results, review volume, email deliverability, or any specific business outcome from a system we build or run. AI systems can be wrong; every system we ship is tested before launch and documented, but you remain responsible for reviewing outputs that affect your business decisions.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in the booking wizard and during the engagement
• Grant only the system access we agree on in writing, and keep your own credentials secure
• Use delivered systems lawfully and in line with any licenses on third-party tools they connect to

Intellectual property

On full payment, the custom work product we build for you (code, documents, configurations made for your engagement) is yours. We retain ownership of the Allternit platform, our internal tools, and reusable components; where a build depends on them, you receive a perpetual license to what you paid for. You keep all rights to your data and materials.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information and materials as confidential and use them only to deliver your engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Some services touch third-party platforms (CRM, email, ad accounts); we are not responsible for those platforms' outages, API changes, or policy decisions.

Changes & cancellation

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page; the version posted at the time of your booking governs. You may cancel a one-time service before work has started for a full refund; once work has started, refunds are handled case by case based on work performed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
